Go Notch!

As most people know by now, Notch (or Markus Persson), the creator of Minecraft is currently being sued by Bethesda for the title of his new game "Scrolls". Bethesda owns "The Elder scrolls" and "Scrolls" is in no way related to Bethesda's game in any way whatsoever. But, Notch came up with an alternate to the lawsuit. A game of Quake 3. From what he posted on his Tumblr, he's challenging Bethesda to two 20 minute 3 on 3 match. Highest frag count by the end of the game wins. If Notch wins, he keeps the name and Bethesda drops the lawsuit. If Bethesda wins, Notch has to change the name. I recommend watching this unfold and seeing what Bethesda has to say about Notch's alternate proposal. Because we'll be keeping our eyes on this all the way to the finish.
