3DS Second Circle Pad and 2012 Redisign?

Apparently, according to nintendo3dsblog.com, there are a few new rumors comic from a site.

One is that they're going to add a second circle pad to the 3DS via a $10 accessory, and that the 3DS is going to have a 2012 redesign, with less focus on the 3D, Second (built in) circle pad, and probably a different name altogether.
